He should drop back down to SM, he would do ok there.
If you can't beat Bellew then it's not a good sign at Lt heavy.

I think the general consensus is that he did indeed beat Bellew.
The draw was kind to Bellew, at home.

Your question is interesting and valid, as I personally feel that Chilemba, whilst skilfull and tricky, possibly lacks power at the higher weight.
