Not counting Hopkins, Eastman is the best middleweight out there. To even consider Taylor beating him is a joke. The only reason Taylor is ranked so high in the world ratings, is because middleweight is such a weak division.

At the present moment in time the talent pool in the Middleweight division is very shallow IMO.

Compared to say the 1970's and early 80's when you had the likes of Monzon, Valdez, Minter, Antuofermo etc and you had fighters of the quality of Briscoe, Hart, Monreo, Finnigan and Watts, Sibson, Seales etc who never even won a World title, some never even gort a World title shot!!! It makes today Middleweight scene very dull.

Even the late 80's early 90's with the likes of Tate, Barkley, Nunn, Benn, Eubank, Watson, McCallum, Jones Jr, (young) Hopkins, Kalamay etc etc was much better.
