0:07 * The referee won't stop the fight on his own if the reason for the stoppage directly has to do with a cut or swelling; he'll always consult the ringside doctor. And it looks like, in this case, we're going to see some more boxing because the physician has given his okay to let the fight continue. Both fighters are assuming their positions and the timer has restarted here in Round 8 as the fighters approach one another. 0:2

02:50 * Well, after talking a long look at Fox's face, the ringside physician has indicated to the referee that the bout can continue. The third man in the ring is going to position both fighters where he wants them and get the action started again here in Round 8. 12:17

0:08 If the swelling was lessened by Mina's corner, it wasn't reduced enough to make a big difference. It's going to be a factor in this fight if it continues to worsen. 0:0

01:40 * The ringside doctor is dabbing at the blood, trying to determine the severity of the wound. He's saying something to the referee and from the reaction of Fox, it must be positive. Yep, this fight's going to continue as both fighters receive instructions to resume the mayhem here in round 9. 15:4
01:44 Look for Mina to start to target Fox's right eye in an attempt to close it because the swelling under it has continued to grow. 15:4
