Any chance of him moving up to super-bantamweight in the near future? I know he has a world title now and has only just won it, etc but I think super-bantamweight has more interesting fights for him and us the fans! Especially domestically.

Moving up to super bantamweight after just winning a world title at bantamweight would be stupid and I hope he doesn't do it.

Would love to see a rematch with hall think they both improved would be cracker

Haha! I meant the likes of Quigg and Framptom! I understand the dropping a world title part though.

It's not just that - what about the Promotional difficulties ?
Can't see Denis co operating with Wazza or Eddie to be honest.
Denis went it alone to put the World Title fight on in Donny and fair play to him.
I'm sure he'll continue in the same vein for Jamie.

It wasnt a knock on the job Denis is doing. It's just those fights could be big and make Jamie some good money! Money is quite scarce as you know in the lower weight divisions.

Would rather see a Haskins rematch myself.

it's the IBF title so let's hope they have some good challengers. you don't have too many options with the IBF; you fight whom they tell you to fight. ceja will surely still be ranked so that could be another cracker.

I can see why ppl talk about super bantam and feather, with fighters like santa cruz and mares out there.

agbeko's still regarded as world class and he's fought only for IBF titles. so maybe there'll be a ceja rematch, and agbeko fight, dangerous guy, respected but not famous, suffering inactivity & in no position to demand the big purses.

Why rematch Ceja?

Cazares and Agbeko are the IBF ranked fighters I'd most like him to fight, but he'll probably fight Hall again, which is a pretty weak fight.

ceja might be top contender again - we all know how the same fighters can keep getting ranked for shots at the IBF, i.e. Clinton woods' series of fights with glen Johnson, Julio gonzalez & Jason delisle.

cazares sounds good.

watched McDonnell-ceja again.

McDonnell's dominance in the 2nd half was so impressive, and the way he rallied after being shaken in the 11th, to hurt ceja in the 12th with right hands, was true championship calibre stuff.

mcdonnell always gets better as the fight progresses, adapts his game after being in difficulty, throws probably the best combos of any british fighter - and has such impressive fitness.

can he get a TV deal over here? otherwise, if he gets foreign mandatory challengers, does this mean he'll have to take his game on the road? I scored all Jamie's close wins for Jamie (hall, jamoye, ceja) but i'd hate to see the decisions go against him, away from home. I really want more big nights in Doncaster.
