If this is true then Fury is one deluded character.

Mind you, according to Peter Fury, Haye has yet to even put pen to paper to sign the contract. So all this bluff is just for the sake of bluffing. Until Haye signs anything, this fight is still up in the air. Jesus bless.

How can David Haye sign a contract which doesn't exist? They agree terms first after discussions and then draw up a contract with everything they've agreed. Haye offered 50/50 which is a great offer for Fury. Fury wanted 80/20 in his favor. He knows that's crazy and only suggested that figure do duck Haye.

He ducked Price and vacated his titles and refused to go to purse bids with him twice. He's ducked Pulev sighting he wanted to go a different route for a world title. Which makes no sense as it was an IBF final eliminator. A win would make him mandatory for Wladimir. Now this with David Haye. There's been a lot of people denying that Fury has been ducking fighters. This is 100% proof that even his fans can't deny.

Disappointing from Tyson. I gave him the benefit of the doubt in the Price debacle but now its Pulev and Haye in quick succession. Haye faced Wlad though. The issue he had with the Klits was him holding a strap and wanting a bigger piece of the pie, which he got. Wlad knew he would earn more taking a percentage cut against Haye than taking 95% against anyone else.

Haye has nothing to prove. Fury has now seemingly turned down Price, Pulev and Haye in order to fight Martin Rogan and possibly Fres Oquendo ( let's hope that's a bit of Fuy banter )

This is one of the reasons why boxing will never be as big as your other main stream sports. It's pathetic. If there were competitive fights happening every month, quigg vs Frampton, Haye vs Fury etc then Boxing would be back on the BBC. Its pathetic.

I think it's all a ploy (along with the Lennox baiting) to portray himself as a boxing villain. he's been trying to do it recently albeit not entirely convincingly so he's stepped it up a notch. Look at Mayweather & Broner it's obviously where the money is especially in the US.

Haye tweeted yesterday " Tried everything to get Fury in the ring , even offered him a 50/50 split but he obviously doesnt fancy it" (or something close to those words)

this is true these so called fighters and promoters that don't want to fight or are only willing to fight someone they can definitely beat are killing the sport. I don't blame Fury or haye particularly but this is just part of an underlying problem with the sport.

Anyone remember Alex Garcia turning down a million to face Foreman, as he thought he'd get more with a title shot, then got himself KO'd by Mike Dixon for chump change.

Yes i think you are right though a lot of boxers do avoid each other. after all fury needs the cash and so what if he gets knocked out he will be back in with a title shot inside 18 months he would be barmy not to fight haye he is just trying to up the ante and wind up interest in the fight.

Unbelievable demand from Fury. Haye is the big draw in this fight and he should be biting his hand off to take a 50-50 split. As others have said, the only logical reason he is turning this down is because he knows he'll lose the fight and doesn't fancy the job.

This fight could well gross in excess of £10m and to turn down around a £5m purse seems ludicrous.

As always the boxing fans suffer by not seeing what they want.

Maybe but look at what happened with Mayweather and Pacman. I fully agree that Fury in particular would be being utterly stupid to pass this opportunity by but it has a habit of happening for whatever reason in boxing.
