Derek Roache lost tonight on the undercard of Chi vs Brodie to a guy named Mihai Kotai in the 11 th round (source: Britishboxing.net). Any info on this fight, I believe it was for the WBF light middlweight title.

What was the fight like, I have since found his database on boxrec (and it took an age, either boxrec or Britishboxing.net have got he name spelled wrong) he's had a few fights in the UK. Is he planning on staying in the UK?

Obviously, any defeat is a bad thing but was Roache the outsider in this contest? Does anybody catch up with Roache after the contest? Where will he go, I'm surprised he fought at Light Middle to be honest. The British Welterweight champion is unconvincing.

If you search for Derek Roache on boxrec's database they have the result there (and credit yourselves) they have his full record, but they just spell his name differently.

Any info on the fight itself? Did BB.net have any ringside reporters?

Well I was ringside that night. Roache was out of his depth from round one, he gave it his all as always, but could not really ever get going and I don't even remember giving him a round. I must admit, I thought the TKO came out of the blue though.
