Who do you think won?

Do you think it was a clear win for Rees or something?

I had Crolla 115 - 113, had it a draw going into round 11.

Close fight. Commentary was utter bollocks though.

I thought it was close, but Rees did a bit more.

Thats fair enough, nobody could have complained either way. Just preferred the cleaner work from Crolla in the closer rounds.

MCcrory seemed to have made his mind up early in the fight and then just stuck to scoring rounds for Crolla when he didnt really deserve them I dont think.

I had it by 2 rounds to Crolla. There's rounds that where hard to score but I thing Crolla just done enough. Don't think the commentary was too great to be fair. Good fight overall and well done to both lads. Burns v Crolla shouldn't happen but. Different levels.

Crolla should go for a european title shot or something.

it was a difficult one to score... rees was the busier of the two but a lot of the punches were not scoring.. crolla was tight in defence and a bit more conservative scoring ... i think what gave crolla the nod was winning the championship rounds ... with rees looking tired with the weight loss ....
tbh any decsions draw or rees win you couldnt argue...

It was clearly a point or two either way, not sure you could argue with a 2pt swing either way; Rees threw more but I gave more credit to Crolla as I think he landed the better shots.

Difficult to make a case for a 5pt difference though.

Crolla by a couple. It was a different Rees in there that stopped Mathews and Mezzache. Maybe everyone wrongly dismissed Crolla thinking he was going to get bombed out. Fair play to him but don't get him in with Burns please.

Exactly what i said! The fact he told us before the opening bell that he fancied Crolla made the commentry seem very biased and not good at all! His ridiculous 5 round margin told the whole story!

I had it reese by 1 round!

Rewatch with the volume turned off and score it!

114-114, felt slightly more like a win for Crolla than for Rees. Sky's commentary made me wish we could have a channel where you only hear the noise in the arena and not the garbage coming from the mouths of Messrs Smith and McCrory.

i've always picked crolla to have the beating of rees.

let's give some credit to anthony - no one on these boards picked him to win. or even gave him a chance to win. his is a great UK resume, in a really tough era, and i hope he can win the european title.

what character he's shown in the last few fights, coming back and producing after shock loss to derry matthews and disappointment in prize fighter. we are seeing improvement here, drawing with matthews and then beating rees.

burns has his next couple of fights planned out, so why go on about him?

Not re-watched the fight, but after probably round 5 I thought to myself that Crolla won everything and Rees came up short and looked frustrated in every round.

115-113 Rees, but I can see why you would score Crolla same reason Broner beat Paulie.
