Prizefighter and Price RBR

I'm no expert but surely there's a rule against having a guy starting a fight with an eye that is literally swollen shut before the fights even started.

No idea. He started the fight that way so must have happened in sparring. Can't think of a time I'v ever seen this in my 13 years of watching boxing seriously.
