I'm just watching the European tour snooker on Eurosport and I notice they are advertising the above megafight on live next Saturday. For the prestigious IBF Inter-Continental title.

Anybody watching? .

Whilst I think this topic's not the most serious of all time, yep I will be watching it - nothing on Sky or allegedly next Saturday night and beggars can't be choosers. Eurosport 1, half nine to half eleven. Saglam is so poor we might be treated to Solis dishing out an impressive (by his standards) hiding

Possibly the 3rd most interesting Heavyweight contest over the next 7 days.

I'm thinking the same. Yes, the post was somewhat tounge in cheek. I know it's not the biggest fight, which is why it's on Eurosport and not Sky/Bo xna tion. However, I don't get either of those channels, so the ability to watch a boxing match at home without having to visit the pub or a friend's house is nice.

I'll probably give it a go.

Boring fight. Solis showed a bit at times but the man is 25lbs overweight at least

For some unknown reason they are showing the queensbury league on Eurosport. I know a handful of their fighters...how on earth do they justify covering that!?

That always seems to be on Eurosport. Is Richie Woodhall commentating? I've seen him commentate on that before.

I always assume it gets on Eurosport because Eurosport aren't exactly a rich channel, and just to tend to put on sports that are either crap, or sports that the other channels don't want. I think the Queensbury League qualifies as both.

Surely they can invest whatever money they put in to that in some of the many pro cards that get no coverage at all! Just seems a little strange to be showing what is essentially unlicensed boxing on a sports channel.
