Botha won WBF title but those 2 radio people aren't really 'celebrity/sportsperson'

Mickey Rourke made his pro debut on same card as Phil Jackson - ex IBC Heavyweight champion at the time of Rourke's first fight. Crap title, I know - but lennox also held it at one point.

Ok good find and I knew the 2 names Flintoff and Rourke would come up, I was going to say it wasn't any of them. as in my question it does say 'celebrity/sportsperson' and Mickey was only an actor, then joined the sports world. This person im looking for was already in the sporting field so to speak.
