Anyone else think it will be a huge let down with channel 5 having a show on 14th September with Galahad v Dickens and Hughie Fury, Sheffield show on 21st September and Anthony Joshua headline on 5th October with the likes of Lee Selby, Ogogo, Mitchell and some other cracking fights. I can only see people like Callum Smith and other young guns knocking out journeyman and no real 50/50 fight on the bill.

Its funny you started this thread considering you just pulled me up for criticising Hearn who also happens to be the co-promoter of the Haye vs Fury fight and thus involved in the undercard.

A decent undercard would be a bonus. Personally, I just can't wait to see the main event when Haye puts Fury to sleep!

Actually Eddie Hearn isn't the co-promoter Adam Booth and Mick Hennessey are the promoters sky will just use matchroom fighters that are available. I'm not criticising Hearn either because that O2 bill is stacked with great fights.

He wasn't on the table at the press conference and the ticket says promoted by Adam Booth and Mick Hennessey, surely he would've taken Adam Smith's place at the table if he was promoting?

So if he isnt involved in the promotion at all then why would he get any kind of slice? Why would he need to?

For PPV that's pretty poor really, Quigg-Salinas is good and while Hughie's good to watch, he fights so regularly that if you miss the fight there'll be another available soon after, plus he'll only be in a 6 rounder anyway. The rest don't particularly interest me.

As i understand it, it's a joint promotion between Booth (Haymaker) and Mickey (Hennessey sports). Eddie is supplying the undercard as Mick and Adam can't. Mick probably could sort the majority but he's already committed some of his stable to a promotion already.

The show has only just been announced and can Charr fight someone mediocre for that title and surely it will be someone that appeals to UK fans............I don't want to say it but YES HE CAN.
