Ovil is a light heavy and he's defending his Commonwealth title against Enzo on the Cleverly Kovalev bill in August

The last fight involved Shane Cameron who stopped Dominic Vea inside 12 rounds - glad a South African is getting a shot at the vacant title.

I've seen Venter fight a few times, and while he's a couple of steps below world class - mainly due to his suspect chin - I wouldn't give any British CW bar possibly Dickinson a real shot at beating him. Someone like Dolan only has a puncher's chance really.

From what I can see, Venters problem is that he's flitted and meandered between heavyweight and cruiserweight.
He's got decent skills, but needs to stick to cruiserweight and work hard on his conditioning, IMHO.

It looks like Shawn Cox.
This article bills it as the WBF Cruiserweight title, whilst the second article below, the thread, and Boxrec says it is about the Commonwealth Cruiserweight title...
Venter gets shot at vacant WBF title
29-Jul-2013
DANIE Venter will take on Sean Sox from Barbados for the vacant WBF cruiserweight title in Pretoria on September 21, WBF president Howard Goldberg confirmed on Saturday night.
Real Steel Promotion, which presented a sold out box-and-dine tournament on Saturday night, will be in charge of the September 21 bill that will include Daniel Bruwer against Georgian Levan Jomardashvili for the WBF International title.

This article says it's for the Commonwealth belt...
Top Barbadian boxer Shawn Terry Cox is eyeing success in his Commonwealth Cruiserweight Championship bout against Danie Venter in South Africa next month.
Cox, Barbados’ leading boxer over the past few years, said he was keen on winning the contest.
“I am looking to bring home the belt. I am going to South Africa for two reasons: revenge and that Commonwealth belt,” he said
