Question for trainers....

Just had a thought, when a fighter wins a title he obviously gets the belt. Do trainers get anything apart from just being paid?
I thought of this when people were talking on here of McKenzie selling his belts and I was thinking of how much time and effort some people have put into boxing over the years and never get the chance to have silverware to show for it. It wouldnt be the same if someone was to buy one so what im thinking is....
Do you think if a trainer appears in the corner for 3 british title fights then maybe he should receive a smaller scale belt or trophy for recognition of his efforts? Maybe there is something like this in place, I dont know.
By the way, I aint no coach but just think there should be some sort of recognition for the success of the guys who give up a lot of their time to pass on knowledge.
