Maybe he will learn a few things himself. Like when he was implying the Fury's wouldn't make it to the airport in NYC? I bet he is very sheepish around them in camp. Just saying...

Should be a rough spar, no love lost there.

Great move IMO.

Cunningham will definitely give Fury a good hard spar (well you would have thought so based on their fight)... And given that Cunningham gave Fury such a tough time in their fight, it should sharpen Fury up.

Definitely better and more demanding sparring (on paper, at least) than Michael Sprott.

Fair play to Fury for letting go of the classless post-fight press conference comments/threats from Cunnigham's team. After all, it is a professional sport and there really is no place for ghetto gangster American sh1te.

I'm sure there have been many former foes turned sparring partners when all the hostilities are gone.

Haye avoided Cunningham?

From memory Cunningham picked up a title stripped from the rightful champ in Mormeck, who was dispatched by Haye who stuck around for one more fight at cruiser, the easy nights work for big money against Enzo before moving up. Cunningham was a paper titlist at best.

Excellent move by the Fury camp.

He had a damn hard time pinning Cunningham down early doors in there fight, and I'll be damned if Haye is any less elusive.

I'd have him chasing USS for 3-6 solid rounds learning to cut off the ring properly, if he's getting caught by DH my guess is its going to be early doors.

Fury tends to become quite friendly with his opponents after the fight. He's mates with John McDermot now and I'm sure he's on good terms with the wife beater Chisora as well.

There is an old saying "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em." I am surprised, though, how quickly Cunningham mended all wounds considering how much he ranted and raved that Fury cheated in their fight. Now he's on ship and saying Haye can't beat Fury. Jesus bless.

Thats because he heaps praise by the bucket load on every fighter he beats to make himself look better, for example ever since he beat Kevin Johnson he has called him the best American heavyweight. When you use this kind of flattery on people they tend to like you.

Haye didnt avoid cunningham thats a myth. Cunningham had only defended his title once when haye was moving up to heavy after beating enzo mac. Incidentally after defending the IBF title against Huck; Cunningham didnt fight for a full year before losing to Adamek haye was already fighting at HW.

Haye was unified champ at cruiser....Wba, Wbc, wbo and ring magazine.

He didn't have Cunningham's ibf, so never undisputed.

"Cunninghams" IBF was not won off the previous champion. Bell/Mormeck ( I forget which ) was the real IBF champ but got stripped for rematching I believe.

Cunningham was a paper titlist. Much like Enzo was to be honest.
