Good move for Theophane plus a shot at a top ranked fighter. Not bad for as guy who struggled against Ben Murphy and lost to Darren Hamilton.

Spot on... Does get him self about and i take my Hat off to him.... How do you see him getting on in this one? I think he'l lose on points..
Still cant believe he only lost to Danny Garcia on SD

A few people thought he deserved the win vs Garcia.

Nice bloke - and if he has brokered himself a tidy deal beyond his ability, well fair play to the man !
It goes to show what relationships can do in this sport. He has made big sacrifices and deserves everything.

Good luck to him - though Not sure why Mayweather would want to sign him from a business perspective....
I have a suspicion that Theophane may be involved in the Ellerde/Mayweather/Broner daisy chain? :-)

from a business point of view he is probably one of the best businessmen in the british fight game,from a boxing point of view he is quite classy but sometimes isnt switched on but from a social network point of view he needs to stop quoting other peoples quotes as if their his quotes and learn to take a bit of a slatting when its deserved and not act like a baby and block people,other than that well done ash you've come a long way mate and you got my respect dude
anyone who can travel the world take himself out of his comfort zone and get a deal with the main man in boxing today is a genius,no wonder his nickname is treasure.
