I think Sergei win by TKO in later roungs
We don't know what would've happened with Griffith. He won a SD over Ray; never saw the fight so can't comment on it. Kenny...not that impressive. I'll take the more proven quantity.Vladimir5555 wrote:Sergei Artemiev underrated fighter. He beat Peden(who stop Calvin Grove in early rounds),he beat Kenny Baysmore Prior to the beginning of his losing the series, he beat Ray Oliveyra.I he would probably beat Carl Griffith, if not for his temperatura. He had not slept for several days because of health before the fight with Griffith. No wonder Joe Frazier handed him the belt absolute champion on all versions. I think, and not just me that Sergei Artemiev could be a great chempion. that he still so poorly developed.
Most of the fights you cite are losses. Not that impressive.Vladimir5555 wrote:*Kenny...not that impressive. *
Kenny Baysmore good puncher and he lost the serious fighters. After fight versus Sergei he beat future lightweight contender David Sample and loses Shambra Mitchell,Miguel Angel Gonzalez,David Kamau,Reggie "Showtime" Green.Prior to the bout with Sergei, he lost by TKO to Roger Mayweather and good super featherweight Eugen Speet
Do you saw fight Artemiev vs Baysmore. If no

And Bernard Hopkins said something similar about Edison Miranda. Goes to show how an ATG's predictions about a future champion can be quite wrong.Vladimir5555 wrote:Rover wrote:Not his resume.Vladimir5555 wrote:And what impresses you that))?
He was young prospect. He have only 23 years).I think it's no wonder Joe Frazier thought he was a future champion)
And gave him the belt in 1994 too, probably for a reason). But you also of course what is right.
He had two shots at a belt and lost them both. He never fought the lineal middle champ; Pavlik smoked him in the eliminator.Vladimir5555 wrote:Edison was very close to the title.
And Abraham beat he easy in rematchRover wrote:He had two shots at a belt and lost them both. He never fought the lineal middle champ; Pavlik smoked him in the eliminator.Vladimir5555 wrote:Edison was very close to the title.
That wasn't a title fight.Vladimir5555 wrote:And Abraham beat he easy in rematchRover wrote:He had two shots at a belt and lost them both. He never fought the lineal middle champ; Pavlik smoked him in the eliminator.Vladimir5555 wrote:Edison was very close to the title.
