Like us all, I think we'd be happy if they simply got it on in the first place. I really do think it's a pick 'em. But if Witter is in the right frame of mind, he could give anyone problems. Who wants to fight an awkward bastard who hits like a mule kicks?
Ricky CAN be hurt and I think most of us have forgotten that, perhaps due to the nature of his recent opposition.

Allan Hall. That's one of the reasons I admire Michael. Because he isn't Allan. The lad, ABA champ with bags of talent, pissed it all away. Allan did time (whilst boxing, I think) for punching a copper in a nightclub. Just happened to speak to a mate of mine who said "His idea of hard training was to go on the piss."
Was also dabbling in other nefarious things which I'd better not say. Someone I know saw him before his fight with Andy Holligan. When asking him how he would get on, Allan replied "I'm going to kill him." He got battered. Nothing had been put in the bank, training wise.
However, last reports are good. Learned a trade inside and is, I believe, trying to be an upstanding citizen. Good luck to him. If only...
You couldn't meet a nicer lad than Michael (Oscar).

Cheers, Ian. Shame about Alan. He had bags of skill. He virtually outclassed Robert McCracken in the 1989 ABA light-welterweight final.

Yes I'm not really a Witter fan, but I've always thought he might do a number on Hatton. Could be wrong, but I defintely think Warren thinks the same thing.
