Pac. Both would get hit a lot, but Pac has more firepower.

I don't see how on Earth one can rationally argue for Taylor stopping Pac; at best he wins a decision.

But I'd favor Pac by stoppage here. I think he was at his peak at 135-140 and the angles and punching power would mute Taylor's fast hands.

He also thinks 80's Tony Tucker would beat Holyfield.

I don't think that the great Manny Pacquiao, as great that he was, could beat a complete fighter like Meldrick Taylor. A guy that had 2 seconds left from greatness.

Manny Pacquiao didn't have to wait 2 seconds for greatness, he achieved it by KO several times.

Both had blazing handspeed. Pacquiao was smarter in the ring and of course hit much harder.
Taylor should have been a boxer, but he wanted to be a puncher.
If he fought that way against Pacman, and it's likely, he would have been KO'd.
Chavez' come-at-you style made it easy for Taylor to land repeatedly. Hence, he was only "two seconds from greatness."
But Pacquiao's footwork is more diverse than the Mexican's and Taylor's ability to connect would instead be down dramatically from the Chavez bout.
But like Chavez, however, Manny would gradually break down the too-gutsy-for-his-own-good Taylor and stop him in the 9th round.
