I'd lean towards Valuev.

I could see Valuev, although not a big puncher, scoring a good stoppage win in the 2nd half too. Fury would wear down and get ragged. Valuev was a faded force by the time he fought Holyfield. Chronic joint degeneration ...which is why there was never a comeback since Haye.

Valuev had no real mobility, whereas (so far) Fury has shown for being almost seven feet tall that he does. He boxed rings around Kevin Johnson (which in truth is no real feat) and unlike Valuev has shown he can get off the canvas to come back and win fights. Near the end, Valuev's limited mobility was all the more compromised. Horrific performances against Holyfield and Haye shown this. In truth, I always felt Valuev got gift decisions over John Ruiz as well, but it is what it is. I think Fury would have out pointed him.
