And im more than impressed as I have the original Ingle photo that you see in the article with Paul on the shoulders of his trainer, and its signed!

Good to hear and well done to Paul, losing 4 stone in 3 months is some achievement.

It'll do wonders for his self confidence and hopefully we'll see more of him around the circuit.
