Great fight for Blake. It will really see where he is at on the world stage. Green is a good fighter and can punch. Genuine 50/50 contest.

This is a huge step up for Blake. Unless Green has lost a considerable amount of talent I think he will have too much. Thumbs up to Blake and his camp for taking the fight. If he can pull of a win it will set him up for an assault on the USA.

Great step up for Blake, I would be very impressed if he can beat Green. Green is a heavy puncher and can put Blake to sleepm if he catches him. I think Blakes movement is good so he may be able to cruise to a UD. I would say Green would be favourite though.

Not so sure Caparello will be "Cruising" to a decision. Hes capable of getting the nod for sure but will be far from a cruise given Greens talents and punching power.

Very interesting fight this one could go either way. I love the way caparello goes about his business, very professional young fighter.

I hear that Blake Caparello has been over in Canada sparring the like of Jean Pascal and Eleider Alvarez. Couldnt ask for a much better preparation for this fight. :bag:

I read that on fightnews, Ive only ever seen one of Caparello fights and he looked very strong but nothing more. I believe it was his first or second fight though.
Good luck to him - Lets just hope Green does his weird thing by looking at his own feet so Blake can land a descent punch.

I would call that cruising to a decision.

Agree, Didn't look good but maybe Green was just too awkward.
He did have a pretty good CV.

But on that performance alone I would suggest Blake needs to improve markedly to worry anyone in the top 10

Ugly fight. Green was a disgrace. Bet the promoter was pissed off with his performance.
Caparello is very limited in technique and power.
No doubt Robert Berridge would like a shot at that title.

Robert berridge is no where near good enough. Caparello schooled him last time they fought. And as for you dils saying he has no technique are you taking the piss or what?

It was not Blake's fault that the fight was poor. The culprit was Green: who really only came to take the money and run; weighed in overweight, thus disrespecting all and sundry and seemed disinterested during the bout.

Can only be described as an overall piss-weak performance by Green!

agree beltane that green was at fault, but blake will struggle against top 10 opponents on that performance against a slow fat 'comin for a holiday' fighter like green, anyway, time will tell he has plenty of time yet to improve
