Just noticed on the Companies House website that Matchroom Boxing was dissolved on the 27th August 2013.

Wonder what those slagging Warren off for folding his company have to say about this.

The company was dormant that dissolved it not been trading for years. So it it not the same.

The link that was put on expires after a while on companies house.

Surely it should be "Matchroom Sports" and not Boxing since at least when Eddie starting running the show?

The company was dormant that dissolved it not been trading for years. So it it not the same.

This is correct. Dissolving the company means nothing really with the exception of saving some annual companies house admin costs. I could imagine that they used to split the trade of each sport into an individual company but now just consolidate each sport into one company as it gives less information to competitors.

This company had been dormont for years they dissolved it as it was doing nothing only share capital cash & other debtor no creditors in it!

According to the latest information :

Mr Barry Maurice William Hearn is currently a Director of 24 "live" companies (also, previously a Director of 10 other companies and retired, plus 8 companies that are now closed).

Mr Edward John Hearn is currently a Director of 9 "live" companies.

This company that was dissolved was dormant it owed no money to anyone!
