Although the points vary, the telling thing is that not one draw and certainly no one scoring for burns

i was with bob mee scoring it 116-112 and i'm an openly biased, scottish, burns fan

wow, kudos to Burns for fighting on as he did with a broken jaw but incredible how only 1/3 judges scored for Burns when 44/44 of press did the same.

I can't remember my exact score card. I had Beltran 3 rounds up going into round 11. I gave Burns rounds 11 and 12. So had Beltran the winner by 1 point. I was judging the fight with the UK biased voting in mind. Beltran the winner by 1 point in my mind was the best case scenario for Burns.

I'll say my card was 114-113 Beltran.

You guys that are voting by one point, are you only giving the American the one point in the round that burns was put down? I fail to see how it's just one point!

I had it 116-111, I thought it was very one-sided. Beltran was going forward and landing every round with Burns doing alot of holding, I did give Burns the last 2 but it was all Beltran til' then.

Despite none of the scores being massively wide fotr Beltram, it was s still a robbery.

None of those cards scored the fight for Burns. Thus if basically everyone apart from the two judges of the fight scored it for Beltram and he didn`t get ther win, then it has to be a robbery.

The guy won the fight and he didn`t get teh title. That must be a robbery.

The broken jaw had a massive part to play, but it was caused by a punch. burns showed the heart of a champion to carry on, but he lost the fight. This should be reflected in the scores.

I agree, people talk about the broken jaw like it was a bad luck thing, end of the day Beltran had the power and technique/timing to connect with some flush shots to Burns jaw to break it in the first place.

He really deserved the win, after the first few rounds where Burns did quite well with his hand speed, I had Beltran taking over the fight, for me it was 116-111. Far too much holding from burns and not even quality, hurtful work.

Wow those scores really tell the tale. Lucky for Burns that two of the people seeing the fight his way were the ones that mattered!

Not the worst decision I've ever seen but Burns was on the receiving end all night and although he won rounds, Beltran won rounds big. Three rounds in Burns' favour was pretty shocking!
