I'd take Terrible Terry. I think he hits harder, is quicker and has better skills. Both have some chin issues.

Norris being one of my favourite fighters, I guess I'm a little biased but I think Terrible wins this, great match up though.

I think Vargas' advantage in strength and size would win the fight for him. As others have said, they're both good punchers a little chinny, but I think if they're both going for the KO Vargas is a bit tougher and would win because of that.

A real pick'em fight though.

When Norris was in his prime, he was an exceptional fighter. Very fast and a hard hitter. Chavez wanted no part of him at 147.
Too fast and smooth for Vargas.
He stops the Pride of Oxnard in the 10th round.
