it may well be true that Khan, or any other celebrity performing 'charitable' works, is ultimately doing it for selfish reasons.

I tend to take it from the perspective of the results, rather than the motivation, of their actions.

I also like to remind myself that, whatever the motivation, the person in question has done a darn site more for others, today, than I fvcking have.

so I shut the fvck up at that point.

I was at the ABA Schoolboy Finals last year when Amir turned up completely unannounced, signed autographs, had photos taken with the boxers etc. I can't think of many sportsmen of his profile in other sports doing that.
