As sure as the sun rises on a morning, it will happen. I am 100% convinced. The last time I was this confident and bet this big, it was on Foreman to beat Moorer.

You're mad Keith. Povetkin is clearly over the hill, and in his prime was neither fast enough nor powerful enough. How on earth is he going to find the punches to take out Vladimir.

Really?

It's not on their schedule, it wasn't announced when Eddie recently mentioned the 4 international fights that Sky had signed, including Cotto v Rodriguez later on the same night and they are already showing the Joshua debut bill from the O2 on 5th Oct.

Sky Sports haven't confirmed anything - they may show it after the Joshua card (which won't be much of an event) - as a night of the heavyweights type evening? I guess it depends on whether they can fit it in logistically.

ESPN have shown the last few Klitschko fights.

He doesn't have to be a massive puncher to floor Wlad. He'll hit him hard and often. You will see.

Povetkin is nothing at all, just another passive fleshy type for Wladimir to cuff around en route to a dull win. I assume Povetkin will perform as dismally as Chagaev, if not worse.

But he has to be a fast puncher surely. Which he isn't.

He's a very accurate puncher and a well schooled boxer, who had lacked motivation in the party. The real Povetkin will turn up for the Klitscko fight.

Well I'll just sit back and prepare to be amazed then. I'll be made up for Povetkin if he wins but I can't help thinking this will be the last we see of him, and afterwards he'll happily take his monster payday and walk away from the rigours of professional boxing.

Apparently he does the odd unlicensed fight now and again for big money. Only in Russia.
