OK, raking up old graves slightly from last week. I'v read from someone that one of the judges in the Burns fight gave the round that Burns got knocked down 10-9.

Personally I am not a judge but I would have thought it would take a lot for me to not score a round 10-8 when a clean knockdown has been scored.

I also was looking through some old results (as you do when you are a sad act) and noticed that when Kid Galahad got given a count against Jason Booth Ian John-Lewis still managed to score the fight 120-something for Galahad. Thus he would have had to score the round 10-10 or 10-9 to Galahad. How in the hell is this possible and when this happens should the judges not be held accountable and requested to justify this to some kind of higher power, presumably the sanctioning body.

IJL scorecard is never to be taken seriously.I heard he sleeps through the fight and just shuts his eyes and ticks whatever box he wants and that show he gets his scorecard. Apparently he sometimes goes to the bar and gets pissed then does inni minni minni mo to chose a winner.

Just take tonight as an example. Galahad clearly wins round but is deducted point(same kind of thing as being knocked down) 9-9 score on both account for me

Being deducted for a foul is not the same as being dropped when the ten point must system is used.

If the boxer being put down like a flash knock down but has clearly won the round it is not a 10_8 round, otherwise you have awarded him 3 points for the knock down so you could go 10_10 or 9_10 depending.
