No, you're right, this is the 3rd time I've seen and he's always looked like that, has got heavy hands but throws every punch at full power. But, the first time I saw him was in May and I have noticed improvements, he's moving his head more and as I type this he's mixing up the power in the punches, light shots upstairs followed a couple of big ones to the body.

He looks like he'd be physically strong and maybe have a bit of a dig on him but he's certainly not the most athletic guy ive ever seen.

No idea, selling 700 tickets for your debut is impressive, only fighters I know of that have done more are Frankie Gavin and Tom Stalker, who both did around 1,000.

How's Frankie's fight going to pan out tonight? I was close to Smith/Barnes for a while years back so I want to see him do himself justice, but Frankie is a special talent.

Hopefully the allegedly show will get going soon. Some good wee fights so far but the atmosphere is a bit flat at the mo. That Chudinov is dire, why do they show him?

I think Frankie wins easily, Barnes has had trouble with journeymen in his last couple and Gavin has been superb since he moved back to Birmingham.

Frankie still looks a little fleshy to me. Not sure if he could ever be "ripped".

Yeah have to agree.

Not sure Rawling's memory is serving him too well there if he thought Barnes boxed well against Jimmy Vincent back in 2003. From what I recall Vincent was jobbed that night and big calls followed for three judges rather than a single scoring referee.

Rawling was right that Barnes looked class the night he dismantled James Hare though
