Not sure how many of you read it on the ipad but I've been having real problems with the last few issues - haven't been able to download the last three as the download 'freezes' between the 3 and 13% mark no matter what I do.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that hasn't made any difference unfortunately. Anyone else experiencing similar issues or have an idea as to how I could resolve it?

I don't read BN on iPad.

Is there anything in this topic you could try...? The OP there appears have a similar issue.

Jimmy, you're a good man. I'd posted on that forum already thinking it was a newsstand-specific issue, but the issue is actually I can't connect to the itunes store. I can only think that in the process of installing ios7, something has messed up, probably to do with location services, as I bought it in the UK but am using it in the UAE. Have reset location and privacy setting and can now access the the itunes store, but still having problems downloading the mag...

there has been problems connecting to itunes all around the UK (not sure if its just a uk thing.) i only connect to itunes maybe 2 out of 3 times, some times it takes ages to get into the store, maybe its this problem you're having

Cheers Danny. I was going to go down that route but I wanted to make sure it wasn't a general tech issue first and waste your time unnecessarily. Looks like I may have to though, as I've reinstalled the BN app and restored purchases, but even though I then get the message "Success. Any individual issues or auto-renewable subscriptions previously purchased via the App Store have now been restored." the reality is they haven't been and so it's telling me to buy the Ken Norton issue, for example, even though I've already paid for it by auto-renewal. I've just done a 'test' and bought the Mayweather-Alvarez post-fight issue and it's downloaded perfectly, but that in all likelihood means I've been 'double-billed' for the issue (I'll have to check my account to be sure).

Whilst we're on the subject Danny, I'm quite interested in checking out the Total Fight Training app advertised for the Ipad in the digital BN this week, but there doesn't seem to be anything of that nature in the Ipad store. Is it yet to be released?

It's not a stand-alone app mate. It's the PDF version of our new training bookazine (available in print from our shop or i stores next week). So you download it from within the app.
