In those days, especially in Japan and South Korea, you had to kill your opponent in order to get a win. If I score by modern rules and try hard to find a winner in every round I get to 145-141 Kobayashi. There is one round that I cannot decide and it can go both ways if you have to have a winner of each round, but it will make no difference to who I think won.
If I score by a 5 point must system allowing for draws in very close rounds (as they did at that time) I have it 71-69 Kobayashi.
Kabayashi was handicapped by a severe cut on his left eye from the dying seconds of round 10.

So my decision is: Close, but no robbery. (Despite all japanese officials)
