Ruddock's power makes him a tempting pick against a guy who fell apart against big punchers, but I'm not going to put Ruddock in the class of Foreman, Shavers or even Cooney.
Norton might be shaken a few times, but he survives and his vastly superior skill and speed gives the ex-marine a 7th round KO victory.
