Former heavyweight from manchester and bob Shannon's second has died in a freak accident in Ireland he was climbing through a window and slipped and broke his neck

It said natural causes in the article. I had wondered where he had gone from Bob's corners. The guy obviously lived a very colourful life.

According to the above article he was a bit of a thug, ashame he died so young but I'm not sure if sadly missed will be quoted to often here. Rip

He got not guilty on a few charges. He was spoken highly of by Shannon and Hatton. RIP Billy.

From what I've been told he was climbing through his house window and he stood on a wheelie bin and fell off and broke his neck

Billy Isaac is/was a very, very feared man in Manchester/Tameside and Stockport areas. Not a man to be crossed and allegedly a very wicked person.

He was managed by Gary Mason at 1 point, I liked him, but he loved the 'Heavy Image'

He wrote a very emotional tribute when Gary passed away.

The bloke was evil to the core he turned on a lot of close friends, he was pally with well known moss side gangsters in the 90's he was acquitted for murder, then went to London where he was friends with well known gangsters down there, move back to Stockport/Denton in 2000 and was back to his old tricks, he hurt a lot of people.

He had a lovely house.

Billy had a couple of fights back in the very early 90's. He won both. I hope he found some happiness in his life, he never seemed happy to me.

Remember him working in the corners & thought who's that lump he dressed like a yank I could never work out if he's black or white ??

He was probably on bail for extremely serious charges most of the time! He was entitled to look a bit chewed...

yeah

The man was around the premier league of crime all his life, even named in a trial involving The Adams family, stood trial for murder amongst other things and probably has had several contracts taken out on him. Then he moves to Ireland and dies falling off a wheely bin? You really could not make it up.
