Anybody else got a problem getting allegedly on their sky box?

Never had a problem before, nut now it says no signal being received. All the other channels are working fine.

Any ideas how to fix it?

How do I update my channels on sky? I have done it before but can't remember how I did it.

Someone at W@rren Towers needs to put 50p in the meter

Are you currently in Norway and that is where you watch allegedly via a SKY dish?

The broadcast frequency for allegedly changed a few days ago. I think this is why you might not be receiving the channel. Here are the new frequencies:

http://www.lyngsat.com/tvchannels/uk/Box-Nation.html

Try taking your viewing card out and turning your SKY box off. Whilst off insert your viewing card and then turn the box back on. If this doesn't help to automatically detect the new frequency, you will have to add the channel manually. The below video should help you do this. Remember to use the frequencies from the above link, not those shown in the video.

Yes I am in Norway and watching via satellite dish. Thanks for the help.
