Whitaker frustrates Mosely at 135 and wins a solid decision.
Neither was as good at welter as they were as lightweight, but I'll give the edge again to Whitaker if it's the 147 lb. version that still excelled before drugs began to take a toll.

Mosley's fast and would do his best to make a fight of it and would win some rounds either way, but I figure Whitaker always wins with scores somewhere between 116-112 and 118-110.

At 135 i'd go with Pernell.PW by decision 9-3,or 10-2
At 147 PW win by closer decision than at 135,8-4 or 7-5

Whitaker on form wins comfortably at either weight. Mosley might take a post-95 Whitaker at Welter.
