Its hard to see matchroom falling from the Top in only 5 years with the power they have right now

Allegedly doesnt have many well known boxers now and needs a bigger TV Paltform to encourage bigger names to his stable or showcase the talent he has

if he gets on BT sport then maybe that would change it but everyone likes the Glitz and glamour of Sky sports

Hearn, providing he retains the Sky contract. Without it, he is absolutely screwed.

B ox Nation is great for dedicated fans but I can't see it ever leading to a new fighter "breaking out" into the mainstream. The viewership and exposure is too narrow. That has got to hurt the promoter behind it in the long run.

I think what we've seen with the defections from one camp to another, and the signing of Anthony Joshua, Luke Campbell, Stalker etc, is a distrust of B ox Nation and the promoter behind it.

Bear in mind also, Matchroom isn't financially dependent on just boxing. It's been a profitable sports company for decades. This gives them an advantage over other promoters.

Possibly. Though as I've said before I'm not sold on that being a Frampton defection.

Sky is not certain to carry on with Boxing forever though. They didn't fight to keep UFC for instance. I wonder what they will do if Haye-Fury goes pear shaped. It could easily, according to many on here, end in one round and be followed by a riot...

None of you watch Horse Racing? Clare Balding isn't rubbish, she just has a toss show on BT Sport.

All channels have bedding in/teething problems. I can't see BT Sport being as big as Sky Sports, but I think they'll definitely be still knocking around in 5 years.

I can see a allegedly/BT Sport merger happening.
