Wasn't expecting Bellew v.s. Stevenson to be so soon.

Adonis looking somewhat well fed, 5 weeks out I find that interesting.

Best of luck to Bellew, he needs to go after this guy as we know he can be hurt and stopped but we also know his boxing has improved, if he
gets in a groove it will be a very hard nights work, Give Tony a real chance if he's positive.

Hope Tony does leave it all in the ring. Bomber gives a good talk so now is the time to put is mouth to one side.

However something tells me Tony is getting seriously punished for 4/5 rounds max before St Johns ambulance cart him away. Tony will then say how Stevenson was a league above him and he has no excuses BUT he was carrying a fractured pubic hair coming into the training camp which hindered his ability to see punches coming his way.

He will then go back to slagging off Cleverly looking for a domestic pay day which won't happen cause Eddie and Fwank don't care about what the fans want. Tony will then go back to being an undercard fighter.

I hope you prove me wrong Bomber as I will be supporting you on the night and I will be the first person to say sorry I doubted you if you do win.

I think Bellew can pull this off. Wouldn't bet my life on it, but for me it wouldn't be a shock if he did.

Tony is a live underdog. But I can't help thinking that he's the type of bloke who likes being the underdog and then ramming his success down the throats of the doubters.

I honestly think he has a great chance. And a win here will really push him on to the bigger purses.

Tony has a very strange build on him. He has a fantastic set of shoulders, when you see him you think he would be small in height for the weight because he has such a thick set of shoulders - but he looks much much taller than Stevenson and didn't look small (in height) next to Clev.

He must have tiny legs.

Apart from this fight when has Bellew been the underdog and proved everyone wrong? He was an outsider against Clev and lost in his own backyard.

He is an ideal opponent for Stevenson. Once bellew is hit once the red mist appears and he forgets about Boxing.

Stevenson KO to set up Kovalev. Would be nice to see Bellew upset him but it isn't going to happen.

To be fair he did prove everyone wrong in the Clev fight to a certain extent. People were saying he had no chance and would be stopped within 6-7 rounds, 'different class', 'levels', etc. I had the fight a draw in the end.

This is a tough fight though.

Was the general opinion that Bellew had no chance to beat Clev and would be stopped in 6 or 7? I don't seem to recall that being the case, even if most expected a Clev win.

Bellew is a second-tier LHW and I think that will show against possibly the best fighter in the division.

I like tony, he's going to have to box with caution early on ,this fellas confidence is sky high & any fighter improves ten fold with high confidence levels.
I have faith in bellew if he's done the weight right! A pan of scouse after the weigh in followed by some chips & gravy with a cob & people could witness the light heavy version of Chico corralles!!& American tv will love it & forget Chilemba in a heart beat.

Stevenson is 5'11 possibly even 5'10 looking at that. Tony said himself on here that he's 6'3. Tony is super tall for the weight class aswell as Stevenson being a bit on the short side.

Stevenson will rightly be a big favourite of course, but this is going to be great fun to watch.

Bellew has attitude and regardless of his nickname, Adonis is no superman.
Superman doesn't get knocked out in 2 rounds by a middleweight journeyman.

Yeah, but as he has big shoulders aswell (not like Clev) his height looks deceptive.

Credit to him for going for it but I think Tony is going to get levelled. I hope I'm wrong, I'd love to see him beat up the pimp.

I don't see how bellew has any chance in this fight! Bad Chad is levels better than bellew an look how that ended!

I also think that Tony is up against it but styles make fights they say and just because Chad is a very good boxer - he got caught hard and early; it doesn't mean that Bellew is in for the same. I would like Tony to try some pre fight tricks and mind games and see how Stevenson reacts; I reckon it'll be a decent bout but that away from home and with the crowd behind him Adonis will power to a mid round stoppage, maybe controversial and with Bellew at the very least hitting Stevenson hard and going for it.

Doubt Bellew makes it past 4.

Stevenson was outstanding in his last fight, and brutal in the one before.

he just looked the part, strafing cloud with those long, straight punches, in those shiny yellow shorts.

good to see a brit going up against such a good fighter.

presuming Adonis wins and eventually goes on to an outstanding unification with kovalev.

Last time out Stevenson looked amazing.... Super quick hands, good movement and good power.

Forget Stevenson's previous life as a super-middle, as a light-heavyweight in his last two fights he's looked punch perfect.

I can't see nothing but a painful night for Bellew. Saying that though I will be rooting for Bomber!
