Chris and Andreas Evangelou are two brothers currently competing in the professional ranks. I haven't seen much of them but they were in the news recently announcing their signing with allegedly. By looks of their records, they seem a quite "Not Good". Can someone give their thoughts on their potential (IF ANY)?

Seem likeable hardworking lads.

Will they be challenging Mayweather? I think they'd tell you NO themselves.

But they give it their all and their popularity shifts tickets, which is essential for this Copper Box venture. They will be a good fit for those shows being from that general part of the country.

I remember talking to Chris briefly on youtube after coming across a highlight reel of his amateur highlights. He seemed a really nice guy to be honest. He looked pretty talented aswell going on the video aswell. Hasnt worked out though for some reason in the pro ranks.

Thought Chris beat Danny Connor the first time round unquestionably, didn't see the 2nd fight :)

The hype that accompanied these signings would have been more appropriate for the Klitschko brothers, not the Evangelou brothers. I mean no disrespect to them, but it was quite underwhelming when I looked into the signing. Made me wonder what all the fuss was about. It seems they're basically crowd pleasing ticket sellers signed purely to help put bums on seats for future shows of a certain promoter. Meanwhile, the rival camp has signed two Olympic gold medal winners and other olympians.

To be honest, I doubt either will ever even win a British title.

If their father wasn't who he is and they didn't sell loads of tickets they'd already be in the away corner.

I thought a website you know well did quite a bit on one of them when they went pro? Maybe I'm mistaken.

I saw one of them box in Glasgow. Whatever one it was boxed Arek Malek and was very lucky to get a win that night. Few boos when it was announced who won. Probs came on alot from then.
