After looking Brook drained at the weigh in, do you think he will win?

Brook by stoppage around the 8th-9th.

Wouldn't surprise me if Brook and Hopkins both lost ! £5 wins you about £175

If Brook loses or even remotely has trouble with Senchenko then he should retire in all honesty. Senchenko is severely limited.

No way in gods earth is Hopkins losing to a guy whose boxing ability is mediocre at best and on top of that isnt exactly a puncher.

If brook can't do a job or win clearly & concisely against this fighter,it will show he shouldn't bother mixing with the big boys.
Hatton was terrible against senchenko.missing, holding & falling off balance.it really was a shell of hatton in there.I don't know what to expect from brook.i do think he is over hyped unnecessary tho

Columbo,
You can be a nob at times.
To say if Brook wins and it's close he should retire ......... I give up.

Because Senchenko is a solid fighter but that's it! He got beaten definietively by Malignaggi and he was losing on the scorecards to Hatton who hadnt fought in 3 and a half years and wasnt the same fighter. Brook needs to beat him in style either a dominant win on the scorecards or some kind of stoppage, even if it's late in the fight. If he struggles with Senchenko then that's going to send clear signals about his ability at the top level in that division.

Senchenko went backward nearly the whole fight against Hatton, Ricky would not hit anywhere near as hard as Brook even in his prime (exception of body shots granted).

Malignaggi busted him up with the jab and his light combinations, those cheekbones are pretty prominent, I can't see anything Senchenko can do to stop himself being broken up here

The Brook team must know that if this goes the distance the only comparison that will get made will be "well Paulie stopped him and he can't punch"

They have to win by stoppage here nothing else will do anything for Brook's reputation on the world stage.

I think they will, inside 8.

Senchenko was loosing to a Ricky Hatton who was light years past his best. Brook wins this fight.

I didn't think Senchenko was losing v Hatton; he looked to have paced the bout well; he let Ricky fizz out over the first 3 rounds and then started to put it together; I am in a minority I know but I was impressed with the composure and nerve of Senchenko that night and I do think that he's the best that Kell has faced.

The point I'm making is people should stop making ridiculous statements that boxers need to retire if they only win in a close decision.
Brook inside the distance.

Parsons if kell struggles with this guy do you think he will make any impact on the world stage v the elite?

Senchenko seems made for Brook, he struggles with speed and I would expect Brook to be tattooing him from the first bell, as he did with Carson Jones in the first half of their first fight. Senchenko doesn't seem to judge his distance very well either so, while Brook's defence is not the best, I can't see the Ukrainian landing an awful lot, not early on anyway.

For me the only issues are the slight question marks over Brooks conditioning left over from the Jones fight and how tight he might be at the weight. Be interesting to see what happens if Senchenko is still there in the later rounds. If I was him I'd try to work Brook's body from the off, easier said than done though obviously.

I think Brook is better in every department that why I think it needs to be a dominant performance. The only thing I could possibly see giving Brook some problems is Senchenko's jab which is rangy and pretty accurate. In terms of everything else, Brook has a much better boxing brain/ counter punching ability. He's faster, hit's harder, etc. I really struggle to see how Senchenko can win hence my comments. Ps Parsons when I said Kell should retire if he doesnt put in a dominant performance, I didnt mean literally. I meant it in a symbolic way in that if Kell cant do a number on this guy, it doesnt bode well for dealing with the top dogs in the division.

He should buy a cardigan and some worthers originals?

I put £10 on Senchenko at 7/1 the odds are too long.

You will see tonight how accurate those odds are.

It's a speculative punt to be fair and we'll see, if Brook is 7 times as good as Senchenko I'll be very impressed.

FWIW i had Hatton vs Senchenko all square after 8 and Senchenko was finishing stronger. Wouldnt be surprised if Brook built up an early lead tonight with the Ukrainian again coming into the fight later on.

Brook should win but if Senchenko comes through the first half of the fight, I could see him causing Brook problems. Nonetheless, if Kell is to dine at the top table, he should be coming through this assignment comfortably.

Nice statement by Brook. Stopping him in that fashion is how it should have played out if he has designs on competing with the top dogs at this weight.

Devon is the man he needs to gun for 100%. It's winnable for him, although a big ask. Anyone else in the top ten of this division will be a huge ask. Now just stay effing fit!!!!
