I taped a show earlier in the week that showcased the work done at the Ingle Gym in Sheffield. This was fantastic, very insightful and moving and many people came across very well; a lot of good work done up there If you get the chance please watch.

What was it called Palooks?

It was a Ringside Special called Sheffield Steel, it may have been on last week, I recorded it but if you've not seen it, it is well worth watching. I filled up myself a couple of times, very honest and touching.

It was a great show from SKY. Had plenty of touching moments. A great story well told.

Yeah i watched it last week and loved it,Johnny Nelson takes a lot of slack on this site for his presenting mostly(not from me i might add) but you,d have to have a heart of stone not to be moved as he spoke of his career coming to a premature end but yeah the programme as a whole was superb

Must admit that part of the program did make me a little emotional. That must have been really hard for him to take.

Awesome show involving many people I'm priveleged to call very good friends. Payback time for me personally with Nelson who often calls me a pussy for crying all the time. Great memories great times - and a great future for Wincobank.

Shame they couldn't get a talking head from Naz.

I know there's history there, but he sat happily with Gary Newborn for an hour not so long back to chew over his career.

yeah that was excellent ... made up for that awful gloves are off heavyweight debacle and as much as people may not be keen on nelson i felt his sadness when he describe his end of career moment.. great show best i have seen by sky by far

Felt John Ingle came across really well.
I would like to see and hear more from him.
Was good lots of real emotion from Nelson and Towers he feels indebted to Brendan rightly so.
