Talking about Ruslan Chagaev in another thread it reminded of his ring name... "the white Tyson" .... I think that's one of least apt names for his style and devasting power, etc! Can anyone else think of some other good one's like that?

if he would've spent less time eating & more training he might have been ok. Sorry to have to disagree, Johnny, but this guy went all the way in the ABA's. It takes a very talented kid to do that.

which is even more the reason why he shouldn't dig out other fighters.he was a good am but as a pro he was a massive underachiever.allowed his weight to be out of control.and was no Lennox Lewis.IF he was a good enough pro to slag journeymen, fair play.but IF my aunt was a man she'd be me uncle !

He did in the fight I saw. Hatton was supposed to blow him away but I recall him shipping some meaty shots that troubled him. Maybe not panic, but certainly a slight worry.

As much as I love Froch, a more suitable moniker would be Carl "Pet Cobra" Froch. If he was a real cobra in the wild he'd be too slow to catch anything and would die of starvation in no time.

Billy.i must apologise for my dig as I'd had a poxy day.i was just rising to the fact you constantly dig at journeymen I wasn't always judged unfairly.but I always had hardly any notice & could put many losses down to that fact.i would've loved to go and try to win every fight.but more often than not,the kids were simply better and being a bleeder meant it would've cost my family money.so at times I tucked up and took the cash.my bad!but as we all know,life is about providing for ones children.yes I did it for the coin.such is life! Once again sorry for the fat slur.u have a problem with us journeymen.though I think actually having a great talent and eating it away and doing fornicate all is worse than us lads just earning a living
