Seeking information and image of William (Bill) Henry Johnson of Pembroke Dock. He had his 1st serious fight as a member of the Kings Shropshire Light Infantry in 1906 and his last fight when he lost to Nickol Simpson in 9 rounds in London in 1918.
1916 he won the welter-weight championship of Wales and later the middle weight championship by beating Charlie Lucas over 15 rounds at Swansea.
In 1911 he went to the USA and fought 9 bouts winning 7 drawn 1 and lost 1, he had appeared on bills all over the U.K.
In between he went to France in 1914 with the KSLI was W.I.A. and returned to U.K.

Later he became one of the best known Turf Accountants in South Wales.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
