Well...first of all you cannot add them from your own PC, you can only use pics already on the net. When you find the pic on the website that you want then right click on the pic and go into properties, highlight the address (URL). Paste this address in between [img]and[/img] and hopefully...fingers crossed it will appear. At least that's what is supposed to happen! Good luck
