What is with him & his imaginary carrier bag!!!
Looks a proper anorak!
Or maybe he should wear some boxing gloves

Hurlock hear the BBBC are looking for referee's why don't you apply, once you've been in there then post on here how easy it is. We have some good referee's in this country I imagine its a hard job, they will never please everyone, why don't we give them some slack than slagging them off.

i can just see it now....

the "do you need to have refereed a pro bout to critisise a referees performance?" thread

boxfan3, it's just as well you're a boxing fan and not a football supporter, you'd be astounded at the level of support and encouragement officials get in football.

I don't think Hurlock was criticising His performance just how he moves in the ring. Marcus is a top referee!

I wasn't criticising Marcus's performance.

It just seems to me McDonnell thinks everyone is watching him & I think it looks hilarious .

Knowbody has mentioned about Joshua pushing him out the way yet

I used to love Mickey Vanns 'skip'.... absolute poetry in motion and tailor made for strictly come dancing.

The ultimate 'look at me' ref is Richie Davies. I'm yet to see a bout he's officiated where he's not called both boxers to the centre of the ring, put his arm round them, and given them a final warning for punching each other in the face. In the first 30 seconds

Richie is a very good ref mind. Just seems to enjoy a telling off!
