I have asked myself this so many times and its a hard one yes he is unbeaten and has got some good names on his record but he is still a young heavyweight at 24/25 even if he where to lose in the future does he have enough time to bounce back and become champion?

I dont think so the next fight or 2 might tell us something about him but I think we already know what Fury is about. Saying tha tif a title becomes vacant it also depends on the opponent.

i was thinking about this last night after hearing about Haye, i guess its feasable if one of the brothers packs it all in. With no haye or klits around i think he has a chance yes.

Of course he will at some point, he is only 25 and there aren't many great heavyweights around his age and level (Joshua doesn't count)

It's not impossible. He's a bad result waiting to happen, so he could come off the rails at any time, but if he gets a post-Klitschko shot against someone who isn't all that, he might. Povetkin would have been a nice match for him.

Against Wladimir Klitschko, I don't think he will beat Wladimir because Wladimir is too powerful, experienced and skillful and would pick Tyson Fury apart for 8 or 9 rounds before getting the knockout because I reckon Fury will look to force the fight and perhaps leave himself open to get picked apart by the more powerful and accurate Wladimir Klitschko. He won't be fighting Vitali as Vitali has got one eye on his political career in their native Ukraine. Away from the Klitschkos when they both cash out the division is pretty much up for grabs and I reckon he might pick up a belt maybe two.

He has a good shot but it would have to be for the WBA regular belt and he would need to get a fairly soft draw, i dont think he is good enough to beat povetkin by some distance, but he may have enough in the tank to beat pulev, its hard to tell its pickem fights between him an alot of the heavy weights. Even wilder could spark him clean out and i would probably pick him as the favourite over fury but i wouldnt be surprised if fury took wilder to school instead.

Believe it or not I think Fury should be grateful Haye pulled out because I think he would have been rebuilding from Feb, now I see him getting Wilder and winning, which will blow him right into Klitch zone.

I suspect Fury may be made for Wilder. And generally the best eastern block fighters will beat him. No world title for Fury.

With Vitali vacating soon I think a Wilder/Fury bout for the Interim WBC title would make best sense with winner to take on Stiverne vs. Pulev.

Tend to agree. Not for a few years anyway, and I'd expect he suffers at least one loss before he ever gets a shot.
