Looks relaxed and sharp (I am fully aware that padwork tells a very different story to a fight) and I for one think that if he can hold this composure into the fight he has the skills to shock a few people and provided he can take Carls power when needed and not get drawn into a Fight by using his boxing skills.
Also any guesses at who the sparring partner is in the video ? ...........

Why - risk of injury ?
If so, then if you stop sparring a week earlier then they could still get injured.
I have read that Chris Eubank always sparred hard, and always sparred hard up to and including the day before a fight (not saying that this would work for everybody).

He can wear what he wants, I can't think he'd give a toss what anyone thought else he'd dress like everyone else.

Groves was just relaxing. You can see he was just playing, whereas Froch was all intense.

I was there earlier, groves just going through motions really with some pad work and then Adam smith n jonny nelson got in the ring and asked the same questions they have for last few weeks, essentially different variations of 'why do you think you can beat froch?'
Wasn't a huge amount of people there, not sure groves has really found a fanbase yet, I like the guy but I've noticed a few casuals seem to be a bit put off by his antics in the build up, also in the crowd were saying he had no chance.

I saw that. I was baffled, potentially the greatest or most stupid thing he has said. I guess we will find out, but im not sure I would hang my hat on groves winning first 6 rounds!! Very bold indeed
