when he does the mitts with Freddie? They look no bigger than 10oz.

I can only ever train in 16oz otherwise my hands get ruined.

I used to get a lot more problems with my hands when i wore 14s or 16s. Started training in 8s and never had a problem again. Dare say everyone has their own preference tho.

I hate people who pull the pads back!!
Used to go on the pads with my pal & when I threw a left hook he used to turn the pad over & allway's do my wrist in used to wind me up!
