Another quick turn around for chisora which is good for him.

The fight is likely to be for the british title and if price vacates, which is likely the case i can see

Chisora vs sprott In february....a natural fight vs the prizefighter champion

then for the commenwealth title i can see

Chisora vs Browne for the vacant belt.....easy as browne is mandatory and a ricky hatton fighter

All in all, i think these a 2 good fights for delboy between now and easter.

yeah Chisora is right to take these fights and make some money and gain further experience. British coomonwealth and european champion sounds good and should net some good pay days it may wll be as good as it gets for Del Boy too.

Chisora needs to be stepping up his level Sprott isn't a step up.

I disagree, sprott is better than his record suggests, I think he would give chisora a few things to think about for a few rounds !

Chisora vs Ian Lewison would be far more interesting for the British title.

Good to see Del Boy active and trimming his weight down. Despite that, I thought he looked sloppy at times on Saturday night. Can see him having a good 2014 though.

if he keeps winning these fights the big fights will come. he only fought last 6 months 4 times, so he has another 6 months allowed to rebuild a good streak. most people rebuild in 12-18 months so fait play to him

arreola rebuilt on tomato cans and being jose sulaimans bum chum, he can lose 10x and still be ranked top 3 by wbc

He'll only fight Sprott if it's ordered by the board for the vacant British title. It would be hard to turn down.

I think he's doing the right thing by taking commonwealth fights. He's not just going to get a payday by sitting around and doing nothing. Through keeping busy he is polishing his skills and getting his name out there more and more. After suffering a handful of early career losses ( not that any of them were shameful ), his record needs some repairing. I and many others felt he was robbed against Helenius a few years back. I admire Chisora for being one of the few modern day heavyweight contenders who actually isn't afraid to fight 3-4 times per year and take on reasonable opposition.

No one wants to see chisora v sprott. Why not do chisora v brown. That would be a real heavyweight scap.

those 2 wins are good

and holding the bbbc, commonwelath, ebu belts, will get him the big fights in the summer

What a great fight for Chisora - revenge over their first bout, and an opportunity to move up the rankings.

And for Fury - well why not? What other options does he have? Go back to Channel 5 and fight journeymen? Ok, he could go to the US. But this is a huge fight in the UK, he could make great money, and it is the 'proper' fight that his team have been calling for. A big win would propel him nicely into a major title fight/eliminator.

Please, let common sense prevail and make it happen!

The Chisora who walked into everything his opponent threw at the weekend will get mullered vs Fury. I don't get him; he was in great shape, he knows how to duck and roll, but he just walked in face first. The best Chisora can beat Fury.

I'm fully aware of the situation of the titles. I was simply trying to emphasize that Chisora-Fury II is by the far the best option for February 8th - the title situation is ultimately irrelevant. In a perfect world, the championships I mention would be on offer, but I would far rather see Chisora-Fury II in a non-title fight than Chisora-Browne or Chisora-Sprott for a belt.

The likelihood is, of course, that if they did fight, it would be for at least the British/European titles, as Chisora is British mandatory (and Price is almost certainly going to vacate rather than face him), and European champion. Whilst putting up the Commonwealth belt (which Price could well also vacate), would be shafting Lucas Browne, it's by no means impossible that it could be sanctioned - we've seen far worse happen with governing/sanctioning bodies in the past.

With Delboy already holding the European title, aren't the british and commonwealth titles a step down. I understand the Price fight would make sense, but if he vacates, Sprott and Audley are pointless. Lucas Browne for the vacant commonwealth is a decent match up.

I don't see the benefit in Fury taking a rematch, he's already beaten Chisora clearly.

Surely it makes commercial sense? Chisora-Fury would sell out an arena, do decent numbers on BN, and be a big event in the UK. Fury could make some big money, bigger than any other current (realistic) option.

Obviously it's a step down from Haye, but that's not an option any more, and where else does he go? 3rd rate opponents on Channel 5? US? His options are quite limited if he stays with Hennessy.

Chisora sells about 3 tickets.

Fury v chisora for the european title would be good and a convincing win for Fury if fit and focused. Chisora needs to cash in as much as he can over the next two years and stop taking shots or he could be in a mess in a few years time. Also on saturday he had no jab and didn't go to the body when his opponent was wide open why?
