Jesse Clark had a record of 0-30 and he was that 'good', that Buster Douglas fought him thrice.

Has anyone got a worse all loss record?

54 losses with 11 stoppages. Why would you box that long when plainly you are in the wrong line of work?

I remember a guy over here in Norn Iron who was a journeyman flyweight with a 0-16 record who was also a local bouncer. There was a letter directed to this flyweight in Boxing News one time from a 16 stone body builder apologising for the "error of his ways" for starting a fight in the bar. Apparently the flywheel had easily "manhandled" him out the door.

With that record and all the times he has been stopped, would have had his license taken off him over here, long before.

He probably fought under different names.

So what's the story with the mysterious Mr Crumble?

Well there's no video of Mr Crumble, think there's supposed to be a pic or 2 of him, or maybe its not him.
I've seen pic of a white guy, and a black guy suppossed to be him.

I've just done a search myself and there does seem to be a bit of mystery surrounding him. There aren't any definitive pictures and I haven't found any footage.

I played for a darts team once who registerd the name 'Nobby Clark' each year. If we needed a ringer, he would play as Nobby.
Our team captain was well into his statistics and used to record all the individual scores. At the end of each season 'Nobby' would appear in our table of averages having played about half the matches!
I'm just wondering if the name 'Eric Crumble' was used in similar circumstances?
