Does anyone know? I can't find measurements for him anywhere. I watched the Carter fight and he looked a lot shorter than Carter who was a big 5-6 but then I watched the Famechon fight, who is 5-6, and he looked about the same size.

So safe to say, I have no idea :)

In the Sonny Boy West fight he's descibed as 5 foot 5 and a half so you were close. Came in at 132 for that fight.

Was he related to Bertie Bassett? If so probably quite short.

Not sure but Bertie Basset is about an inch
