A certain promoter who no one likes, is certainly up there - how he has survived over the years is remarkable.
My next choice is the TV executives.

Maybe it is one of the suits but I'd like to think the stars of the show have influence too. In my time I've never see anyone encourage kids to take up the sport as much as Naz did. Gyms were buzzing then.

It's a good shout, the boxing gyms I went to in the 90's doubled the membership due to naz

Not as the most influential, though. Mouthguards in one form or another have been used for centuries, probably millennia.

I think growing up in the philippines is a little bit different to growing up in manchester mate lol.
